Surface treatment requirements:
1. Process flow: black billet → oil removal → rust removal → surface adjustment → phosphating → drying → electrostatic powder spraying → curing → packaging
2. The surface treatment adopts the electrostatic spraying process of epoxy resin powder, with the coating thickness of 60-80 μ m;
3. The adhesion of electrostatic powder spraying meets the requirements of grade 0 in gb92865-88;
4. The hardness (wear resistance) is more than 100 times that of the common nitrocellulose paint, which meets the 2H requirement of gb6739-86 standard, that is, there is no scratch after 2H pencil test;
5. The corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid test) gb1771-91 is more than 500 hours.

    Our unit wire mesh container is wreped with the steel or palstic belt. Strench film is also available for the
special requirment.
